1 beef chuck roast (approximately 3-4 pounds)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 packet of gravy seasoning mix
1 packet of pot roast seasoning mix
1 bag of baby carrots
1 cup of diced white onion
1.5 cups of beef broth
Start by preparing your beef chuck roast. Place it in a large Crock Pot.
Season both sides of the chuck roast with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the contents of the gravy seasoning packet evenly over the roast, followed by the pot roast seasoning mix.
Add the baby carrots to the Crock Pot around the roast.
